קריאה והבנה של תנאי השימוש הבאים הינה תנאי מקדים לשימוש באתר זה. שימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה מצדך לתנאים אלו.


1. אודות Wix Expert

אתר אינטרנט Wix Expert המציע מגוון רחב של שירותים הקשורים לבנייה, שיפור וקידום אתרי אינטרנט בפלטפורמת Wix. שירותינו כוללים, בין היתר: חבילות בניית אתרים, מיניסייטים ודפי נחיתה, כרטיסי ביקור דיגיטאליים, תבניות אתרי Wix בשפות שונות, לוגוים לאתרים, חבילות תרגום ועוד.


2. התקשרות והסכם

כל התקשרות בין המשתמש לאתר Wix Expert תתבצע באופן מקוון באמצעות האתר. ביצוע הזמנה באתר מהווה הסכמה מצד המשתמש לתנאי השימוש ולכל התקנון המופיע באתר.


3. תשלום ושירותים

  • תשלום: התשלום עבור השירותים יבוצע באופן מקוון באמצעות אמצעי התשלום המוצעים באתר.

  • שירותים: Wix Expert מתחייבת לספק את השירותים בהתאם לתיאור המופיע באתר ובכפוף לתנאי ההתקשרות.

  • החזר כספי: בהתאם לחוק, במידה ולקוח רכש באתר ולא קיבל את השירות או המוצר שהזמין, הוא זכאי לקבל את כספו בחזרה תוך 14 יום מיום ביצוע הרכישה. (מדיניות החזרים)

4. זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני

כל זכויות היוצרים והקניין הרוחני באתר, לרבות עיצובו, תוכנו, קוד המקור, סימני המסחר והלוגו, הינם רכושו הבלעדי של Wix Expert. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לשנות או לעשות כל שימוש אחר בחומרים אלה ללא אישור מפורש בכתב מצד Wix Expert.


5. הגבלת אחריות

חברה Wix Expert עושה כל מאמץ לספק מידע מדויק ומעודכן באתר, אך אינה מתחייבת לדיוק המידע או להשלמתו. Wix Expert לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש באתר או מהסתמכות על המידע המופיע בו.


6. שינויים בתנאי השימוש

חברה Wix Expert רשאית לשנות את תנאי השימוש מעת לעת. השינויים יפורסמו באתר והמשתמשים יחשבו כמסכימים להם עם המשך השימוש באתר.
