When can I get a refund?
In accordance with the law, if you have purchased a product or service on our site and have not received the product or service ordered, you are entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or service, without the need for a reason. Additionally, in the event of a defect in the product or service, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund, please send us a written notice to wixexpert.info@gmail.com, including your details. Upon receipt of your request, we will verify your eligibility for a refund and will transfer the refund to you within 14 business days.
Additional terms:
- Digital products: Due to the digital nature of some of our products, such as website templates, logos, and digital business cards, refunds for these products will only be granted in cases of technical failure or if the product does not conform to the product description on the site.
- Customized services: For customized services, such as website building and website improvement, refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases and subject to the approval of company management.
- Additional costs: A refund will not include any additional costs, such as payment provider fees.
